This video is the same song but with Jack Wilshere leading the charge. I love that all the Arsenal players sing along with it.

Week 1 Homework
My Hometown
My hometown is a very small town in Canada. It is located about 160kms north of Toronto and is situated on Georgian Bay, which is a part of Lake Huron, one of the great lakes. There are four seasons with a hot and humid summer and a really cold and snowy winter. Every year in February we have a Winterama Festival in which there are different indoor and outdoor activities throughout the town, as well as big hockey and curling competitions. One of the most popular events is the toboggan races which involves different teams designing and creating cardboard box racers that will slide down an icy, snowy hill to see who is the fastest. Some of the designs are amazing and the crashes are really funny. In the summertime, the weather is nice and hot and many people spend their vacation time on the beaches around the town. Also, in the summer fishing is a common activity with the bay having many different types of fish. My hometown doesn’t have any original food, but maple syrup is produced in the area and it is a traditional Canadian food. The town is very small but is a nice place to live if you want a quiet and relaxing area.
This past summer I travelled to England to attend my graduation for my master’s degree. The graduation was great and was held in the Great Hall on Birmingham University’s campus. There were over 1000 people there. During the ceremony there was a church organ playing as well as a nine-piece brass band. After the ceremony I went out for dinner with my parents and then we left the next day to travel around England and Scotland for a week. We went to Manchester, Durham, Newcastle and finally ending in Edinburgh. While we were in Durham, we got to see a famous brass band gala that happens every year and was fantastic. The brass bands represent the old mines that used to be common workplaces for that area in the past. The songs they played were well-known songs that most people sang along too. My favourite song was ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ which is a famous football song in England and is sung before every home game for Liverpool Football Club. Throughout my trip I ate traditional foods from both England and Scotland. I ate fish and chips, Sunday roast dinners, full breakfasts and haggis. Haggis is a traditional Scottish food that is made of the organs of a sheep, like the heart, liver and lungs and wrapped up in the stomach of the sheep. It was great! I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation and can’t wait to go on another vacation next year.
